Applicable conditions: the Dutch Forwarding (FENEX) Conditions shall apply to all forwarding activities – including the performance of any customs formalities. Contracts of international carriage of goods by road are governed by the CMR convention and supplementarily, to the extent permissible by law, by the General Conditions of Transport (AVC 2002). Domestic carriage shall be performed subject to the AVC 2002. Contracted storage and ancillary services shall be exclusively subject to the FENEX Terms and Conditions for Value Added Logistics.
